 Since
1984, Harvey Matchullis has spent his career in
roles of ‘intrapeneur’, organizational leader and internal
coach. He has extensive experience working with individuals and
organizations in personnel & team development, leadership coaching,
transition, strategic planning and change management. He has lead
multi-cultural and international organizations/teams since 1993.
His strategic thinking and group facilitation expertise has been
utilized by teams in Canada, Europe, SE Asia, Africa and Mexico.
A self-described “Global Nomad”, he has lived in Canada,
Indonesia and Cambodia. This has made him well acquainted with the
individual and cultural diversity that enriches organizations and
the dynamics required to harness that diversity for “the bottom
line”.

individuals. Becky's effectiveness as an executive, expatriate and
personal life transition coach stems from her own varied experiences.
She has lived and worked in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Cambodia, Indonesia
and Canada. Her career experience includes nursing, teaching, community
development, cultural trainer, entrepeneur in executive and personal-life
coaching and raising an intercultural family across 2 continents.
Becky also works with global executives and their families by enabling
them to successfully navigate the changes they experience as expatriates
and when repatriating. Becky brings empathy, understanding and a
deep knowledge of the psychology of transition to her coaching.
